Waking up at 2AM from the dead of sleep with Deep Dish cookies on the brain, we imagined, what if…

Just one month later, Speak Cookies was born. Read 1 Samuel 3 in the Bible and our name will make more sense…

We started selling at local festivals and street corners with just a simple tent and table, moving to a food truck shortly after and then a shop located in Colony KS.

We hope you come along for this exiting ride as we explore making some of the best Deep Dish cookies you’ll ever have!
